How does your freshness work?
We work only with pre-order and with a weekly cut every Friday at 12 a.m. for next week’s delivery.
Usually, our shipment comes from the farm or from our suppliers in the U.S. Or abroad once or twice a week by air or land, so our products must be the next day after harvest and 1 to 3 days to be in your hands. Basically, you will receive some of our fruits or leaves with less than 5 days of harvest.
What areas do you serve?
We are located in Queens, New York, not only in New York City, but also in the nation through our affiliation with USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL, which makes possible our delivery of 1 to 3 days at any address in the United States.
What will the fruit be like when I receive it?
Because we only place an advance order, we have time to collect fresh fruit or leaves by hand to send them to our customers through our affiliate shipping partners, so the fruits that should arrive begin to ripen or ripen in most cases. In the case of the fresh leaf, you will receive it according to the place of delivery of the shipment.
How many fruits will come in the box?
The average weight of fruits (for fruits per pound) varies that we cannot predetermine. If you have special questions, ask us first and we will answer you according to the item of interest. For soursop it is between 1 to 3 pounds, in some cases, we have larger sizes, like 4 or 5 pounds. Then, for example, the 5-pound presentation may contain 3 fruits or 1 larger fruit. In the end, it is in weight and there is no specific amount of units.
Is there any guarantee?
Of course, there is!
All our fruits and leaves meet the highest standard before shipping items to our facility. And as always, things can happen, if so, in any circumstances that receive poor quality, be sure to notify us immediately by sending us photos to claims@handOnFruits.com about perishables no later than the day after the date of receipt and we will take care of you immediately.
Why is it so hard to find SourSop fruits and leaves here in the United States?
It’s a privilege to get this fruit in the U.S. It’s a privilege to get this fruit. Due to the perishable and delicate condition of the fruit, but also to the strict security and control that the government has over these fruits and leaves that allow only 1 country around the world to bring it to the states.
